The publisher ripped out the first page (rather roughly leaving a small remnant of the page) which may have contained inaccurate publishing or date information. Got this personally at Bookseller Expo America in 1994 so I know for a fact that it was ripped out by the publisher and not removed later. See last 2 photos. Otherwise excellent.
