This is a thick (312 pages) soft cover cookbook ,with plastic comb binding. Maybe a relative of yours donated a much loved recipe. In good, pre-owned condition with moderate wear (top two tabs only of the binding are torn-see photo) plus ink signature of previous owner as shown, but overall has held up well.
