The textbook has a name written out on the first page as shown as well as a little water damage in the first couple of pages which does not affect anything. The pages do not stick together. Minimal writing or underlining in the first 40ish pages in pencil. Otherwise clean pages. Margin pencil markings as shown in the picture. All pages intact and binding still good.
