Well thumbed through but totally complete, While I feel this fighting method is best learned with a qualified instructor and practiced with a partner, this book does contain some very good general fitness advice and will help you get in shape to train the method seriously. Even if you have no intention of learning Krav Maga, this is just a good general fitness book.
