First edition, first printing hardcover copy of Eragon by Christopher Paolini (Alfred A. Knopf, 2003). The first edition commercially available after Peolini self-published the novel a year prior. The first novel in the young adult fantasy series, The Inheritance Cycle. Jacket protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and wear around the edges.
